Event Media Release and Rights
By attending any Moun Event, you grant full, irrevocable consent to Moun Events and its partners to photograph, video record, and otherwise capture your image, likeness, voice, and statements (the “Materials”) through official event media.
Moun Events is the exclusive owner of all copyrights and intellectual property rights in the Materials, in perpetuity.
You grant Moun Events the unlimited, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right to use, publish, edit, display, and distribute the Materials for any purpose, in any media now known or hereafter devised, including promotional, advertising, and commercial uses.
You waive all rights to inspect or approve the Materials and release Moun Events from any claims for payment, royalties, invasion of privacy, or public relations arising from the use of the Materials.
